TOFU Parkour aims to educate practitioners, people who are interested or parkour enthusiasts. TOFU is based in Penang Island.

TOFU is no ordinary plate of dish but it symbolize Train, Observe, Focus, Utilize. Founded in 2010 by 4 souls that is dedicated to parkour with the aim to gather people to start training together and end it as one. Feel free to hop into TOFU, we are not just jumping over the walls, but we are here to find passion and drive to go even higher, deeper to look what within in you, to be strong to overcome difficulties physically and mentally.
