One of the kuih I grew up eating a lot is Ang Ku Kuih which is also known as Red Tortoise Cake due to the shape of the kuih. In the past the main one used to be Red but these days I have been seeing the red is being replaced with Orange colour πŸ˜† My number one favourite Ang Ku Kuih filling is the mung bean ones. And great that nowadays we do have smaller size ones for diet control although I will be eating more too πŸ˜ƒ

As someone who loves food since a child, I was brought up in a family to appreciate every meal we had. My grandma πŸ‘΅πŸ» Popo even had a Kitchen God installed in her kitchen so that all the food she cooks is delicious and abundance of good ingredients.

One of the good wishes we wished during CNY and for others is εΉ΄εΉ΄ζœ‰δ½™ or Year Year Have Fish which means May you have abundance in life or surplus of good food and stuff which is a nice wish.
