Hemangioblastomas are very vascular tumors. They usually grow at the cerebellum. Near the brainstem. Although, they can occur sporadically, it can be associated with Von Hippel Lindau Syndrome. Loss of balance is not always an inner ear problem, it can be due to a brain tumor. Happy New Year 2026.
