Lecturers
- Pastry/Restaurant Service/Beverage/Hotel Management

Job Descriptions:
• Teach practical and theory classes in advanced pastry/restaurant service and operations/beverage and wine/hotel management.
• Prepare materials for classes, and arrange student activities/trips.
• Prepare exam papers, assignments, assessment of students, and exam reports.
• Assist in function caterings, and special event duties.

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, professional Degree, in Culinary Arts, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of working experience in the related filed is required for this position.
• Candidate with teaching experience will be an added advantage.

(Senior) Lecturers
* School of Business (Accounting & Taxation)
* School of Hospitality, Tourism, & Culinary Arts
* School of Nursing and Allied Health

Requirements:-
FULL TIME POSITIONS:
1) School of Business
- Minimum of 3 years relevant working experience, with ACCA / a minimum of MBA.
2) School of Hospitality, Tourism, & Culinary Arts
- For Lecturing in Pastry/Bakery, Restaurant Service/Beverage, Front Office & Housekeeping. A minimum of 2 years relevant working experience, with a Degree in Culinary Arts, Master in Hospitality / Hotel Management; and
- For Research Activities / Programme, a PhD in Hospitality / Hotel Management.
3) School of Nursing and Allied Health
For Lecturers and Clinical Instructor:-
- Must be a Registered Nurse and possess a Bachelor in Nursing as recognized by the Malaysian Nursing Board;
- Possess current Annual Practicing Certificate (APC);
- Possess post basic qualification (preferred Midwifery, Mental Health Nursing);
- Minimum of five (5) years clinical working experience as a registered nurse

Software Proficiency:
Maya, Zbrush, Photoshop, 3ds Max, Mudbox, Illustrator

Responsibilities:

1) Research
* MyRA (complete audit every year by end of March)
* Monitor & execute internal and external research grant
* Monitor & execute matters related to Conference funding application
* Handle matters related to Research trainings/ HRDF trainings for in-campus, and out-of-campus
* Maintain Publication and Consultancy record
* Minutes taking

2) Academic
* Scheduling appointments for DVC
* To prepare yearly DVC budget
* Travel arrangement, coordinate academic presentation materials, record keeping
* Minutes taking for all Academic meetings
* Liaise University partners, internal &/or external party

Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Business Admin or related field.
* Candidate must have a minimum of 3 years working experience in the mid- to senior- executive level.
* Must be proficient in MS Words, Excel, and Power Point.
* Strong command of English Language and Bahasa Malaysia
