I am thrilled to announce that I had the privilege of being a featured speaker at the Hope Workshop, hosted by Tzu Chi Merits Society Malaysia on April 22, 2023. This workshop aimed to empower students from Form 1 to Form 6 by providing valuable insights on breakthroughs, planning, and methods, fostering their academic excellence and confidence.

Sharing my expertise on methods with the students was a truly gratifying experience. Witnessing their enthusiasm and eagerness to learn filled me with a profound sense of fulfillment, knowing that I played a part in their educational journey.

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Tzu Chi Merits Society Malaysia for granting me this exceptional opportunity to positively impact the lives of these motivated students. My hope is that the knowledge they gained during the workshop will continue to inspire and guide them towards future accomplishments.

I want to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude to all the participants who attended the workshop on the 5 love languages that I had the privilege to organize alongside Chong Yan Ting and Teh Sin Ting on 14 February 2023. The workshop was truly exceptional, thanks to the participants' presence and active engagement.

During the workshop, we delved into the transformative concept of the 5 love languages and explored how they can profoundly impact our relationships. By understanding and embracing these love languages - words of affirmation, acts of service, receiving gifts, quality time, and physical touch - participants gained powerful insights into the diverse ways individuals express and receive love. This knowledge provides a solid foundation for creating more meaningful connections, fostering empathy, and nurturing stronger bonds with loved ones, colleagues, and clients.

Through interactive discussions, practical exercises, and real-life examples, participants learned practical strategies for implementing the 5 love languages in their daily lives. By recognizing and speaking the love language of others, they can improve communication, build trust, and cultivate deeper emotional connections. The workshop empowered participants to enhance their personal and professional relationships, leading to increased satisfaction, harmony, and fulfillment.

We are pleased to inform you that we hosted a workshop on 31st March 2023 from 9am to 5pm aimed at safeguarding mental health among individuals through the utilization of metaphoric cards.

Through our workshop, participants had the opportunity to learn about the principles and applications of metaphoric cards, engage in hands-on activities, and explore how these cards can be effectively integrated into mental health practices. By providing individuals with a creative and expressive outlet, metaphoric cards offer a unique approach to supporting and safeguarding mental health, promoting resilience, and facilitating personal growth.

We extend our gratitude to all the participants who joined us in this workshop, as well as to the dedicated facilitators who shared their expertise in harnessing the power of metaphoric cards for mental health and well-being. Together, we strive to create a supportive and empowering environment that fosters positive mental health and contributes to the overall well-being of individuals.
