- How to Bake chocolate cake with recipe given
- How to make stable buttercream
- how to crumb coat and cream cake perfectly
- How to work with sugar crystal and isomalt

Happy Teacher's Day to All! Next to our medical front-liners, we owe it to our dear teachers and educators who have patiently taught us about skills, knowledge and life education.

In conjunction of this day, we give tribute to our Chef Wendy who is our Head Tutor in our programs. Having trained from her school in London at Le Cordon Bleu, she returned to Malaysia to setup her Cake Business (Avalynn Cakes). Having succeeded in her venture, she hopes to teach others what it takes both to create beautiful cakes and to run a business, (especially in the difficult Covid times). She believes passion, wisdom and joy in what you're doing is important and she guides her students the same way.
