RAAF School Penang Association

RAAF School Penang Association The RSPA is a not-for-profit organisation. We also provide negotiation and coordination of major events.

Our purpose is: To Collect, Document, Preserve and Promote the History and Memories of RAAF SCHOOL PENANG and the Life that was Experienced by US.

A huge thank you to Wendy Busing (Iles - Robina Park) for donating her 1963 Austral as well as a 1962, 3x 1970, 2x 1971 and 2x 1972.

Wendy and I were in Forms 1-3 together 70-72 and on the same bus to/from the mainland. Great memories.

Still missing 1976, 1977 and 1986 to complete the set. Also happy for duplicates.

In June each year some RSP students make the pilgrimage back to our island paradise.
Some get together and have a few drinks and party like our parents did back in the day.
Some are also lucky enough to have retired there ( lucky buggers)😜
Our island paradise may have changed but our friendship remains strong……..
As the last line of the school song says……
“We will remember fondly when we have come of age “
