今天，我们不只是在庆祝 #劳动节，我们也在为每一位 #劳动者 发声。
每一份努力，都值得被看见；
每一滴汗水，都应该被尊重。
在 #马来西亚 这片土地上，不同种族、不同岗位的劳动者，共同撑起了我们的生活与未来。
但现实是——
很多人拼命工作，却依然为生活感到压力。
问题，从来不是他们不够努力，而是：
👉 薪资，追不上生活成本
👉 工作，缺乏稳定与保障
👉 健康，长期被忽略
👉 未来，充满不确定
外卖员、自由工作者、基层劳工……
他们同样在付出，却未必拥有同样的安全网。
保障，不应该只属于一部分人。
我们期待的，是一个更完整、更有温度的制度 😎
让每一位劳动者，都能安心工作，有尊严地生活。
愿我们不只在今天庆祝，而是在每一天，持续关注劳工的权益、保障与尊严。

Today, we are not just celebrating —
we are also speaking up for every worker.
Every effort deserves to be seen.
Every drop of sweat deserves respect.
On this land of , people of different races and professions work together to support our lives and our future.
But the reality is —
many are working hard, yet still struggling with the cost of living.
The problem is not a lack of effort, but rather:
👉 Wages that cannot keep up with living costs
👉 Jobs that lack stability and security
👉 Health that is often neglected
👉 A future filled with uncertainty
Delivery riders, freelancers, and grassroots workers —
they contribute just as much,
yet may not have the same safety net.
Protection should not belong to only a few.
What we hope for is a more complete and compassionate system —
where every worker can work with peace of mind and live with dignity.
May we not only celebrate today, but continue, every day,
to care about workers’ rights, protection, and dignity.
