Who knew learning fruits & vegetables could be this delicious?🥕🍎
谁说学习蔬果一定要坐着背单词？🥕🍎

Today, our little learners explored fruits and vegetables in a very hands-on way.

First, they explored real fruits and vegetables, toy food and picture cards, and sorted them by colour.

Then came the fun part…
They chose the real fruits and vegetables,
washed them,
peeled them,
and finally…

took a BIG bite! 😋🥕🍎

We honestly didn't expect them to enjoy the vegetables this much!!
One little one even happily ate a whole raw carrot ! 😱
This is what we love about learning through real experiences ！

Children are not just learning the names of fruits and vegetables in Chinese.
They see, touch, sort, wash, peel, taste and talking about them!

When learning becomes something children can experience with their own hands,words become much more meaningful.

And sometimes,
the best learning moment is simply…
“Teacher, can I have another bite?” 😂🥕

今天，孩子们通过真实蔬果、玩具和图片卡，认识不同的水果和蔬菜，并按照颜色进行分类。

接着，他们亲自挑选真实的蔬果，洗一洗、削一削，最后——
大口吃起来！😋

没想到孩子们竟然这么喜欢蔬果，
甚至还直接生吃一整根萝卜！😂🥕

对孩子来说，这不只是学习蔬果的中文名称，而是在真实的体验中：
看见 → 触摸 → 分类 → 清洗 → 削皮 → 品尝 → 表达

当孩子真正参与其中，语言学习也会变得更自然、更有意义🤍
这也是恬老师最喜欢的中文课！

原来，中文课也可以这么“好吃”！😂

Joy isn't a reward for learning, It's how learning happens ❣️
🌱 快乐，不是学习后的奖励，而是学习过程的一部分

We believe children are more open to learn，
when they feel safe, comfortable, and free to be themselves.

When they enjoy what they are doing,
they naturally become more engaged.

When they feel respected,
they become more confident in expressing who they are.

When they feel safe,
they are more willing to use Chinese, make mistakes, and try again.

When their efforts been seen,
they develop the confidence to express themselves more openly.

✨We hope every child who walks into our classroom experiences more than just a Chinese lesson.

They come with excitement, and leave with a big smile.
Because when children truly enjoy learning, meaningful learning begins. ❤️

我们相信，
孩子在一个舒服、自在、安全的环境里，
会更愿意打开自己，会更积极学习！

🌱 学习最美的时候，是孩子忘记自己正在学习
The best learning happens when children don't even realise they're learning.

Alongside stories and games,
hands-on activities and creative art are some of our children's favourite ways to learn.

After discovering new words,
we turn what we've learned into something children can see, touch, and create.

As they created,
we revisited the new knowledge they had just learned！

Through creating, speaking , and revisiting the words together,
they were naturally reinforcing their Chinese vocabulary too.

And while they were busy creating,
learning was quietly happening all around them.

除了故事和游戏，
手作和动手操作也是孩子们很喜欢的学习方式。

所以在认识新词语之后，
我们会把今天学到的内容，变成可以看得到、摸得到或记得住的作品。

这样不仅巩固了学习内容，
也在一次次的创作与互动中，增加孩子对学习的信心。

学习最有效的时候，是孩子忘记自己正在学习～

🌱 学习，不一定从练习本开始。
Learning doesn't always begin with a worksheet.

In every class, I love observing the children.
What makes them curious?
What keeps them engaged?
What makes their eyes light up? 🤩

These observations often inspire what we do in our next lesson.
One of their favourite activity is the movement challenges!

They listen carefully to my instructions in Chinese,then use their hands and feet to find the right cards.
“Hands on red and yellow.”
“Feet on green and orange.”

🌟 Listen. Understand. Move. Remember !!

To the children, it feels like a fun challenge.
But along the way, they are naturally practising Chinese listening, comprehension, and vocabulary ✨

When learning happens in a way children genuinely enjoy,new knowledge doesn't have to be forced!
It becomes part of the experience—
and that's what makes it easier to remember ❤️

每一次上课，我都会仔细观察孩子。
他们喜欢怎样学习？
什么活动会让他们特别投入？
在什么活动，他们的眼睛会突然亮起来？!

这些观察，会成为我下一次设计活动时的灵感～
其中，这些外国小朋友特别喜欢在我这里挑战自己的「极限」——
一边听着老师的中文指令，
一边用手和脚去寻找正确的词语卡片，
做出高难度的动作😆

在每一次的活动中，
孩子们需要 聆听、理解、观察、行动！

对他们来说，这绝对是一个有趣的游戏挑战，
但其实，他们的中文听力、理解和词汇量都在过程中逐渐增加。

我们相信；
当学习融合了孩子喜欢的方式，新知识就不是「强压」式地“塞进”他们的脑袋了～
反而，会在一次次的自然互动里，悄悄地留下来❤️

A day that my Russian Students Became My Teachers.
They speak Russian and I speak Chinese.
Somehow, we understand each other !! 🌏

Today, My Russian students decided to give me a little challenge as they said I must learn their language too😂

They would say the name of an animal in Russian,
and I had to guess what it was in Chinese.

“Is it an elephant ?”
“No!”
“A Bee ?”
“No!” 😂

Then, I decided to make the game a little more interesting.

I asked them questions in Chinese:
“Does it walk, swim, or fly?”
And they would listen carefully…

“Swim!”

So I continued guessing.
“Is it a Crocodile?”
“No!”
““An Octopus ?”
“Shark ！ （sha1 yu2) ”

What I love about moments like this is that children are not simply memorising Chinese vocabulary.
They are learning :
✨To Listen and understand carefully
✨Connect the Chinese words with their own language
✨Language is not about getting the “right answer” but communicating

Language is about listening to someone who speaks differently from you.
It is about finding a way to understand each other.
And sometimes, the best part?
*The children can also become the teachers!

✨This is what learning a new language can look like.

Not just sitting quietly and memorising endless vocabulary !
But ...
Playing.
Moving.
Guessing.
Listening.
Responding.

✨And most importantly—having a reason to use the language.
Because when children are genuinely engaged in the moment,they don’t always realise they’re learning.

They are simply having fun.
And that’s when language begins to feel natural. 🤍

✨ Communication Matters More Than Memorisation.
During our "little shopping day",
children were learning much more than numbers and money.
They practised saying:
"How much is this?"
"I'd like this one."
"Thank you."
"You're welcome."
Simple phrases, yet powerful life skills !
We always believe, the purpose of language is not just recognising words.
It's being able to communicate confidently in everyday life ❤️

🌱 其实，会表达比会认字更重要 ?
在一次的“购物游戏”里，
孩子们学会的，�不仅仅是数字与金钱，
更多的是购买物品时的流畅对话。
他们会说：
“请问这个多少钱？”
“我想要这个。”
“一共是多少钱？”
“谢谢你。”
“不客气。”
这些简单的话语，
正是生活里最真实的沟通。

A 3 years old boy do not want to go home after Chinese Class !

That’s what I hear almost every week.

When it’s time to go home, many of our little learners say,
“Can I stay a little longer?”

It’s never about the toys.

It’s about feeling seen.
Feeling safe.
Feeling excited to learn.

When children enjoy where they learn, they naturally become more curious, more confident, and more willing to communicate.

To children, Game is fun!
But within the game,
they are actually listening carefully, �making connections, �and using new vocabulary again and again.
"Eyes."�"Nose."�"Mouth."

By hearing and using these words repeatedly,
learning happens naturally.

Children don't always learn best by sitting still and looking at a whiteboard.
Sometimes the most meaningful learning happens when they are fully engaged in play. ❤️

🌱 其实，游戏是孩子最自然的学习方式。

在孩子眼里，一个好玩的游戏，让我想玩得更久。

但在游戏的过程中，
他们需要专注地聆听、�认真地寻找，�把五官贴到正确的位置。
“眼睛。”�“鼻子。”�“嘴巴。”
一次又一次地听见、�一次又一次地说出。
新的词汇，�就在欢乐中慢慢被记住了。

原来，�学习不一定发生放满一直的教室里和白板上。
