Today, we recognise the dedication and contributions of everyone whose hard work helps shape our campus, community, and nation. From educators and researchers to administrative staff, technicians, service teams, and students who are preparing to lead and contribute to the future workforce, every role plays an important part in driving progress.

Wishing everyone a meaningful Labour Day as we continue to grow and move forward together.

MMU reaffirms its position in the 301–350 band of the Times Higher Education Asia University Rankings 2026, with improvements across all five key indicators: teaching, research environment, research quality, industry engagement, and international outlook.

Measured across these indicators, MMU records clear gains in how it delivers, advances research, and engages across its academic ecosystem.

This achievement is made possible through the dedication of our students, the tireless efforts of our staff, the support of our parent company TM, industry partners and Permata Dunia alumni, and the collaboration of our research partners.

On 23 April, MOSTI panels conducted a monitoring visit for the project. The panels and researchers engaged in productive and constructive discussions to ensure the project is successfully completed.

The project is currently in its final phase, with only four months remaining until the project deadline.

We look forward to seeing more MOSTI-funded projects in the future. With MOSTI set to open calls for proposals for the second round of the 2026 TED and SRF grants soon, let’s get ready!
