Research in ViPr Lab focuses on the processing, analysis and understanding of visual multimedia data, particularly images and videos. We work on computer vision, machine learning and AI techniques that are able to solve real-world problems and develop innovative applications for the benefit of science and society. We are thrilled to announce that our ViPr Lab 2019/2020 FYP cohort had 3 papers (of 4) accepted to ICIP 2020 @ Abu Dhabi, UAE, which is going to be fully virtual this time. Thanks to the hard work and effort put in by these guys.

It was a great day to summed up the things that ViPR Lab has achieved in 2017. Thanks to Dr.John See for the presentation and posting a question "Quo vadis ViPr Lab?" In 2018, we look forward to have more exciting news for the lab.
