Ready to gain real-world experience and hone your skills in product design? You can look no further than by Deriv Careers' interactive and immersive learning experience. 🎨 📱

Over a nine-day session, the BeSquare 3.0 graduates gained a comprehensive understanding of the Design Sprint phases, taught by none other than 's Product Design team.

With their expertise, the graduates learned how to craft an innovative and intuitive user interface that perfectly aligns with market demands.

The graduates also tackled a real design challenge for a digital product using the same design sprint process they've learned.

From mapping out ideas to sketching, deciding, prototyping and testing, they learned how the design sprint method comes to life.

At the end of the session, they showcased their final products, and our expert judges evaluated both UI and UX design.

During the six-month programme, they undertook nine modules led by our talented IT teams, with face-to-face practical training and mentorship from Derivians. We were proud to award them for their hard work and dedication at the graduation ceremony!
