About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven AV Event Sales Manager to lead sales efforts for audiovisual (AV) event solutions. This role focuses on developing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and delivering tailored AV solutions for corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, and live productions.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the events and AV industry
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, event planners, and corporate partners
• Develop customized AV proposals based on client needs and event requirements
• Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure seamless event ex*****on
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and pitches

Requirements

Job Description for AV Technician (Junior Position):
Responsibilities:
• Perform general maintenance, troubleshooting and rectification on Audio Visual (AV) equipment.
• Relocate and setup AV equipment for events based on requisitions.
• Installation works of AV equipment.
• Modify AV equipment including soldering, wiring and cable works as and when needed.
• To be on standby for events during weekdays, late nights and weekends.

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least SPM Level or Equivalent in related field of studies.
• Experience in AV system would be an advantage.
• At least two (2) years of relevant experience.
• Skilled in basic technical and maintenance.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge in handling AV equipment.
• Good command of English would be an added advantage.
• Possess high sense of responsibility and integrity.
