我们8月份的工作坊圆满结束 ✨

每天忙碌的生活，让我们的头部、肩颈长期处于紧绷状态，也让身心逐渐失去觉察。

这是一场结合筋膜放松、身体觉察与内观静坐的三小时工作坊。

透过筋膜释放，我们放松头部、肩颈与身体累积的紧绷；透过细致的觉察，我们学习倾听身体发出的讯息；透过内观静坐，让心慢慢安住，体验身体由外而内的变化。
