the teachers would like to explain how these awards were chosen.

These awards are not for the smartest students, and not for the students who draw the most beautifully.

These awards are for students who show
good attitude, teamwork, participation, and creativity during the activities.

🌟 Best Creative Teamwork Award

For this award, the most important thing is teamwork, not individual work.

We looked at:
• Did the team discuss together?
• Did they listen to each other’s ideas?
• Did they help each other?
• Did they work as a team?
• Did they finish the work together?

If only one person keeps giving orders, does not listen to others, or everyone works alone without communication, that is not teamwork.

A good team means:
We think together,
We create together,
We finish together.
