After the run and the lines up for milo, all I could do was sitting by the roadside and rest my knees.
I got to beat my personal best, 3hours 17min for 21km. Will I (or do I want to) be better next time?
Of course after the run is just eating eating and eating.
My recovery was walking and travelling for the Sarawak layer cakes. This time, for my friends and family in Sabah ☺️
