🎓✨ LMLC CLASS OF 2026 GRADUATION ✨🎓

On October 5, 2026, Lawng’Men Learning Centre proudly celebrated a very special milestone — the Class of 2026 Graduation Ceremony. 🎓
This was more than just a graduation ceremony. It was a celebration of growth, perseverance, friendship, courage, and hope. For our students, it was an opportunity to experience a moment they will remember for years to come — wearing their graduation gowns, receiving their certificates, standing proudly before their teachers, families, and supporters, and celebrating how far they have come.
Every student has their own story, challenges, dreams, and potential. Today, we celebrate not only what they have achieved, but also what they can become in the future. 🌱📚
We are deeply grateful to everyone who supported our students and helped make this meaningful day possible. Your encouragement reminds our students that their education matters and that their dreams are worth pursuing.

🕊️ In Loving Memory of U Yaw Han

On 24 September 2026, a generous donation of RM500 was made to Lawng’Men Learning Centre in loving memory of U Yaw Han.

We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude for this meaningful act of kindness. The donation will support our students and contribute to the educational work of Lawng’Men Learning Centre.

By supporting education in his memory, U Yaw Han’s name will continue to be remembered through the lives and futures of young people.

On 10th October 2026, we proudly recognize the Nai San + Mi Mi Su Family for their generous donation of 12 bags of rice, in the amount of RM 1980, to LawngMen Learning Centre.

Your kindness strengthens our mission to provide education and resources for refugee children in Malaysia.

Together, we build hope and empower young learners.

Educator Spotlight: Tr. Justin

🔬We are honored to welcome Tr. Justin to Lawng’Men Learning Centre as a dedicated Science Teacher. With 1.5 years of teaching experience, he brings both knowledge and passion to inspire students in exploring the wonders of science.

In addition to his classroom role, Tr. Justin will also serve as an online teacher, expanding access to education and supporting learners beyond physical boundaries.

As the Founder of NGJ, he continues to champion leadership and community empowerment, reminding us that education is a powerful tool for building brighter futures. 🌍✨📚

Volunteer Teacher Introduction: Mr. Yaw Han

We are honored to welcome Mr. Yaw Han as part of our volunteer teaching team at Lawng"Men Learning Centre. With Eight years of teaching experience, he brings both expertise and dedication to our students.

Tr. Yaw Han believes that" Education should be the pathway for liberation and service to one's community" Guided by this principle, he continues to nurture learners not only academically, but also as responsible members of society.

At Lawng'Men Learning Centre, Tr. Yaw Han will serve as an online teacher for the Pre-GED class, focusing on Social Studies. His role will be vital in preparing students for their GED journey.

Beyond his work with us, he also serves as a social worker and teacher at non-governmental education organization, continuing to empower individuals, through learning and community service.

We extend our deepest appreciation to Tr. Yaw Han for his willingness to share his knowledge and values with our school community. His presence enriches our mission of providing quality education and fostering growth.

🌍📚 Eco-Warriors from weekend English Class 🌍📚 This weekend, our weekend English Class Students stepped beyond the classroom and into real life action! Under the guidance of Tr. John Naing Thang and Eco-Warriors team showed that learning English can go hand in hand with learning responsibility.

💡💡 While practicing communication skills, they also:
- Cleaned the school grounds
- Maintained the Public playground
- Took care of football stadium

Their work proves the motto true:

" The Earth is in our hands. let's protect it together."

Weekend English Class isn't just about grammar and vocabulary it's building confidence, leadership, and community spirit.

🤟👏 Let's celebrate these young changemakers for protecting the environment while strengthening their voices in English.

From the weekend English class at Lawng'Men Learning Centre (LMLC), guided by Tr. John Naing Thang and The Education for Tomorrow Leaders Team

Theme: Taking Action Today for a Better Tomorrow
💪🫶 Team: ECO Warriors - Protect Today, Preserve Tomorrow

📌 Objective
This project inspires students to protect the environment Through simple, practical actions. It shows that even small efforts can make a big difference for our School, community, and the Earth.
Motto: " The Earth is in our hands. Let's protect it together."

🌱🌳 Activates by ECO warriors (Their own words by Team Members)

- School clean-up and community clean-up drives
- Reducing single-use plastics in daily life
- Reusing bottles and containers for creative projects
- Creating posters and presentations to raise awareness
- Encouraging recycling among classmates and families

🌟✨ Expected Outcomes

- A cleaner school and community
- Greater awareness of plastic pollution
- Stronger teamwork and leadership skills

On May 26, 2026, we joyfully celebrated our Certificate Award Ceremony at Lawng’Men Learning Centre.

As an educator of all the recipients, I am truly grateful to witness their remarkable progress in English. My heartfelt congratulations go to all my learners who achieved their certificates.

A special thank you to everyone who joined us today, and to HCC – HCC-The Highlands Chin Community for being part of this memorable occasion.

At the same time, I am excited to share that I have a new idea to teach additional skills to our talented students. I will announce more details soon here on this page.

Als Lehrkraft aller Ausgezeichneten bin ich sehr dankbar, ihre bemerkenswerten Fortschritte im Englischen miterleben zu dürfen. Mein herzlichster Glückwunsch gilt allen Lernenden, die ihre Zertifikate erhalten haben.

Ein besonderer Dank geht an alle, die heute dabei waren, sowie an die HCC – HCC-The Highlands Chin Community, die diesen Anlass bereichert hat.
