With 37 years of professional culinary experience, Chef Eddyโ€™s remarkable journey began at Gaddiโ€™s, The Peninsula Hong Kong, where he started as a pot washer at just 18 years old and worked his way up to Executive Chef.

He has worked with prestigious establishments including The Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong, EAST Hong Kong, Royal Plaza Hotel and Harbour Plaza Hotel, and is the founder of Chef Studio by Eddy.

Chef Eddy has also represented Hong Kong in international culinary competitions and was featured on Tencent Videoโ€™s Chinese culinary competition show ใ€Šไธ€้ฃฏๅฐ็ฅžใ€‹โ€” โ€œChef of Chinaโ€.

His philosophy:
