WE ARE HEARD!

Taking into account the Commission on Higher Education (CHED)- COVID Advisory No. 6 dated April 13, 2020, the recommendation of the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Disease (IATF-EID) placing the Provinces of Bukidnon and Misamis Oriental under General Community Quarantine, and other information emanating from various meetings, the following are the guidelines to be implemented for the Second Semester, SY 2019-2020.

• For students who may still lack the academic requirements or needed competencies as assessed by the concerned instructor/professor, their grades may be deferred. The University provides a period of one (1) year within which they complete their academic requirements. Hence, concerned faculty is requested to deliberately reach out their students for them to be able to comply with the requirements and eventually get a passing grade of a particular course.

• Considering the psychological effects brought by COVID-19 has on the students, no failing mark shall be given unless the student was not attending classes. In this case, may be on a “DRP (Dropped)” or “NIC (Not In Class)” status.
