这一代的父母，真的不容易

这一代的父母，
最不容易的地方，
不是孩子难带。

而是我们太怕自己爱得不够对。

怕语气重了一点，
会伤到孩子；
怕工作忙了一点，
会错过成长；
怕管太多，他会压抑；
怕管太少，他会走歪。

我们一边带孩子，
一边怀疑自己。
一边爱，
一边怕自己爱错。

以前的人当父母，
是把孩子带大。

这一代的人当父母，
是想把孩子带好。

所以才会这么累。

不是因为事情特别多，
而是我们连生气都要反省，
连疲惫都觉得愧疚，
连想安静一下，
都怕被说不够爱。

这一代的父母，
最会做的一件事，
就是白天撑住，晚上自责。

孩子哭闹时，
你耐着性子哄；
可一旦声音大了一点，
深夜里最先怪自己的，
还是你。

不是你不够好。
是你太在乎了。

我们真的很努力。

努力赚钱，
也努力陪伴；
努力不把自己小时候受过的伤，
再给孩子。

别人可能觉得我们想太多。
但只有当父母的人才懂，
不是想太多，
是因为孩子太重要了。

所以，如果你最近也很累，
也常常怀疑自己，

我想跟你说一句：

你不是做得不够好。
你只是太认真地，
想给孩子一个比自己小时候更温柔的世界。

而这件事，
本来就不容易。
