Over these three days of classes (12–14 Dec 2025), I’ve come to truly understand the Three-Win Model. It means we must achieve three wins:
win for customers, win for the team, and win for shareholders.
How do we achieve this? We start by being altruistic—putting others’ interests first. This is because our business is meant to be long-term, not a one-time effort.
Beyond that, we must also be mindful of our mindset, as it is a key element in achieving the three-win outcome. A person’s mindset truly shapes their actions. When you strongly desire to achieve a goal, you will do everything in your power to make it happen and believe that it will be achieved. But when you only think about it without real commitment, you won’t take action to accomplish it.
So, everything begins with a change in mindset.
