Congratulations to 39 students who successfully completed the 3‑month Financial Literacy programme by FWD Malaysia & Arus Academy ! 🏆

Each student will be awarded cash grants of RM3,000 each via BSN Malaysia SSP, with a total of RM117,000 to be disbursed by FWD Malaysia.

Together with Financial Education Network, Bank Negara Malaysia and Malaysian Financial Planning Council (MFPC) , FWD Malaysia is proud to continue shaping financially confident future leaders. 🧡

Sekolah Buku Jalanan Chow Kit x Arus is an alternative learning centre in KL that provides 7-18yo stateless & underprivileged children with quality education & opportunities like an annual Sports Day which many of us sometimes take for granted.

This Sports Day is more than games, it’s confidence, teamwork, and just letting kids be kids 🫶🏼

🪇 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗥𝗠 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝗮 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:
• 🚌 RM10 → Transport for 1 student to attend trainings at another school's field & Sports Day itself (we don't have our own school field)
• 👕 RM30 → Team jersey & sports house activities for 1 student
• 🏅 RM50 → Games, prizes & equipment for 1 student
• 🏆 RM120 → Full Sports Day experience for 1 student (includes transport, food, drinks, jersey, games, medals & funnn!)

well gurlll and boyy... this is THAT day 👀 SBJCK x Arus Hari Sukan is back and we’re looking for people who are down to show up, help out, and be part of a really wholesome (and slightly chaotic) day 🏃‍♀️

not gonna lie — it’s panas, it’s loud, you’ll be running around… but also?? it’s fun, meaningful, and the kind of day you randomly think about again later

we’re looking for volunteers who:
✔️ actually show up on time (pls 😭)
✔️ don’t MIA halfway
✔️ can match kids’ energy

roles open:
🏃‍♂️ logistics / runners
🏅 game stations & medals
🎤 PA system
📸 photo / video (own equipment)
🚑 medic / first aider
