认可与肯定，是推动孩子成长的一股强大力量。因为它能改变孩子的专注点——让他们不再一味死磕“完美”，而是开始懂得珍视自己的“进步”。
当老师或家长发自内心地去肯定孩子的努力、勇敢或哪怕是一丁点的进步，而不是只盯着最终的成绩时，我们实际上是在认可他们付出的整个过程，并帮他们建立起由内而生的动力。这种有意识的认可，能让孩子真正接纳自己的价值，把犯错看作学习的机会，从而培养出面对更大挑战所需的心理韧性。
