Join us for an exciting joint meeting with Taiping Toastmasters Club as we explore the theme, "One Plus One". When two clubs come together, ideas grow stronger, perspectives become richer, and learning opportunities multiply.

We're also delighted to feature a special My Toastmasters Series session by Toastmaster Sam Koay, a professional salesperson and a panel speaker of District 51 Annual Conference 2026, who will share his Toastmasters journey, experiences, and insights. Whether you're a seasoned speaker or a first-time guest, come experience an evening of inspiring speeches, valuable learning, and meaningful connections. Together, let's discover how collaboration creates something greater than what we can achieve alone.

Another meeting, another memorable ending. Today, we reached a peak attendance of 13 participants joining us online.

Before the meeting began, the FYS Toastmasters Club successfully conducted its club election, selecting the new EXCO team for the upcoming term. The smooth election process allowed us to kick off the meeting right on time.

The meeting theme for the day was “Your Habits Make You.” Both President Jacky and TME Chin Xiang emphasized the importance of building healthy habits in order to shape ourselves for success.
Despite some hiccups, we managed to power through and kept the meeting running smoothly.

Today’s “My Toastmasters Story” series featured President Jacky sharing his personal Toastmasters journey. The session was filled with interesting moments and memorable philosophies, such as the “Invisible Hand of Toastmasters,” “Toastmasters Relationships,” and the “3 P’s in Toastmasters” — Participate, Participate, and Participate.

We concluded the meeting with a strong evaluation session led by DTM Ronawati, who provided valuable feedback on our meeting performance. The key takeaway was that a meeting is a performance by the role players — the audience should not see the preparation behind it. We sincerely thanked DTM Ronawati for her expert evaluation and will continue working on the feedback she shared with us.

All in all, another memorable meeting comes to a close. Join us again for our next meeting on 7th June. It's a joint meeting with Taiping Toastmasters club!
