家长常问我：现在网上那么多乱七八糟的东西，要怎么挡？

老实说，挡不完。

而且孩子越大，你能挡的越少。等到他十三四岁，真正保护他的不会是你的过滤设定，是他自己脑袋里的那一句……

「等一下，这个说法有道理吗？」

这句话是可以教的。而且可以从很小就开始教，用最日常的方式：

孩子说「同学说这个很厉害」，你可以问：他怎么知道的？
孩子看到一个影片说某某东西不能吃，你可以问：那说这句话的人是谁？
孩子说「大家都这样」，你可以问：你有看到大家吗，还是只有几个人？

这些问题不是要孩子变得爱抬杠。是让他习惯一件事：别人说的话，是可以被检验的。

一个习惯检查资讯的孩子，比一个被保护得很好的孩子，安全得多。

我不太相信「把手机收起来」这件事能解决什么。

因为手机厉害的地方在于，它的刺激密度太高，太有吸引力了！一秒一个画面，永远有下一个。要孩子靠意志力放下它，其实是在要求他做一件连大人都做不到的事。

但我在课堂上看过孩子完全忘记手机的样子。

那不是因为我们规定不准带。是因为那一刻，他正在为孙悟空想办法：火焰山过不去，芭蕉扇又借不到，还有什么方法？他抢着讲、被反驳、再想一个更好的……那种投入的密度，手机给不了。

手机的对手不是纪律。是「更值得的事」。

所以与其想办法把手机拿走，不如想办法让孩子有一件他真的很想弄明白的事。

那件事可以是一本书，可以是一个问题，可以是一场认真的讨论。

重点是：要够难、够好玩，而且他的想法真的会被听见。
