Dear everyone,

We are delighted to inform you that our nanny and babies infected with Covid-19 have all recovered well! With our strict quarantine process within our centre, and deep cleaning and disinfection activities done by professional sanitizing service provider on our entire premises, our centre is now safe and is operating as normal.

We truly appreciate the help, support and encouragement from all of you to help us get through this difficult time. THANK YOU!

至所有亲爱的顾客们：

很不幸的，本中心在几天前发现有一个保姆及三个宝宝确诊，过后被证实是由于第一阳性宝宝多次到医院检验黄疸时被感染的。

本中心毫不犹豫以最快速度通知 KKM, 不隐瞒并做足所有程序。过后在 Inspector Kesihatan Barat Daya 的指导与协助下，完成所有应做的步骤与程序。

目前本中心正在进行隔离中，有关保姆已自行居家隔离，两个在本中心隔离的宝宝情况稳定，另一个较小的宝宝由于呼吸困难，目前正在加护病房，希望在大家的祈祷之下，宝宝能平安度过早日康复。

我们在这里坦诚交代，希望不会引起一些不证实的传闻与猜疑。我们也会负起重任，尽我们所能做最大的努力，给宝宝们最好的照顾与关注，让妈咪们安心做完月子。

病毒无所不在，确诊是大家都不想发生的事，希望大家能理解我们的不容易，给我们最大的支持与鼓励。

Dear everyone,

We would like to regretfully inform that one nanny and three babies were found infected with Covid-19 few days ago. Few doctors later confirmed that the first infection was on a baby who frequented hospital due to jaundice.

Without hesitation and delay, we contacted KKM, and with the help and instruction of Inspector Kesihatan Barat Daya, we have done all required procedures.

Our centre is currently under quarantine. The said nanny is currently self-quarantined at home. Two babies being quarantined at our centre are doing well, and the other younger baby is being monitored in ICU due to breathing difficulty. We pray for his speedy recovery.

We are communicating truthfully to avoid spread of rumours or worries. Please be rest assured that we will do our very best to ensure the safety and comfort of our babies and mothers.

We hope you understand our situation and render necessary support. Thank you for your support and encouragement!
