Today, our little scientists explored the primary and secondary colours through a fun Colour Wheel activity!

They also discovered how the seven colours of the rainbow can blend together when the wheel spins, creating the appearance of white. 🌈

🇲🇾 Little Hearts, Big Merdeka Spirit! 🇲🇾

At QQ, we believe that the spirit of Merdeka starts from young! Our little Malaysians celebrated Malaysia’s 69th National Day by discovering the stories of our 10 Prime Ministers, learning about the true meaning of Merdeka, and getting to know our Father of Independence, Tunku Abdul Rahman.

The sweetest moment? Watching our children sing “Saya Anak Malaysia” with so much pride and enthusiasm! 🎶 Their little voices filled the school with a beautiful sense of patriotism.

Our celebration continued with Merdeka face stickers, balloons 🎈 and a fun colouring challenge! 🎨 Each class took on a different level of difficulty, and all their amazing artwork was proudly displayed for parents to vote. 🖍️

A special THANK YOU 🙏 to all our wonderful parents! Thank you for taking the time to dress your little ones in beautiful traditional attire and allowing them to celebrate Merdeka together with their friends and teachers. Your support made our celebration even more colourful, meaningful and memorable.

A fun-filled literacy session exploring the letters F, G & H! 🥰

Children were introduced to the letter sounds and practised joining the dots to form each letter. They also enjoyed a fun fishing role-play activity 🎣 and had the opportunity to observe and explore a real fish, making learning more hands-on and meaningful! 🐟

To encourage creativity and strengthen fine motor skills, children were also given their own space on the wall to scribble freely and practise their strokes. 🖍️

Learning through play, exploration and hands-on experiences makes every lesson more exciting!

Our leaders had a wonderful time learning all about 🥚.

🐣 Explored chicken, duck & quail eggs and compared their sizes, colours and shapes.

🔤 Learned the letter E and its sound through phonics, songs and tracing activities.

🍳 Enjoyed hands-on cooking activities, including making egg sandwiches and delicious devilled eggs!

🥄 Practised balancing, walking and coordination through fun egg-and-spoon games.
🔢 Discovered the number 3 by counting and comparing different types of eggs.

Through these fun hands-on experiences, our little learners developed their fine motor skills, gross motor skills, concentration, independence, confidence and teamwork.
