This hands-on experience helped them better understand pet animals—how they look, move, and how we should treat them with kindness and care.

💡At Canridge, we integrate Inquiry-based learning into our Bahasa Malaysia lessons to make language learning meaningful and engaging.

As part of our Career Day, children came dressed as their favourite professionals. They worked in groups to discuss different careers, expressed their ideas through drawings based on their imagination of the profession, and shared their thoughts through group presentations.

Through this activity, children develop critical thinking, build confidence in speaking, expand their Bahasa Malaysia vocabulary, and strengthen teamwork and creativity. 🌟

💙When children are encouraged to explore, enquire, and connect learning with real-life experiences, language becomes more natural, meaningful, and enjoyable. 🌱

🌟This Christmas, we embraced the true spirit of the season — giving with love and compassion.

With the generous support of our parents, through both cash and in-kind donations, we were grateful to contribute to St. Nicholas’ Home, Ruyi Home, and Rumah Kebajikan Seri Cahaya 🤍 Your kindness has brought warmth and joy to many hearts.

Our children had the precious opportunity to visit St. Nicholas’ Home, where they experienced a sensory awareness experience, allowing them to see the world from a different perspective. Through this experience, they learned empathy, gratitude, and understanding in the most meaningful way. The children also lovingly created handmade sensory Christmas gifts, sharing not just presents, but care and sincerity 🎁✨

❤️At our preschool, learning is not just about finding the right answers — it’s about nurturing curiosity, discovery, and joyful exploration. Through inquiry-based learning, our children are encouraged to ask questions, investigate, experiment, and think creatively as they explore the world around them.

🤷‍♀️By focusing on the “why” and the “how,” children develop stronger problem-solving skills, better communication, and greater confidence in expressing their ideas. Most importantly, they learn with genuine excitement and a deeper love for learning that supports their overall development.

✅We are proud to share that our inquiry-based approach is fully aligned with KP 2026, ensuring our teaching practices meet the latest standards in early childhood education. To support this, our teachers have recently attended professional training workshops and in-house training to further strengthen their understanding and classroom implementation of inquiry-based learning.
