🎹弹琴的最佳姿势💯
1) 琴椅和钢琴保持一定距离，坐在钢琴上时，身体微微向前倾。✅
2) 腰部挺直，但记得让肩膀放松，不要僵硬。✅
3) 手臂与手肘保持大约90度，且手腕和手臂保留在一个平行线上。✅
4) 留意在没有移动坐姿的情况下，坐的位置应该能够让你的手指自由移动，并且触及键盘上的每一个按键。✅
5) 让手指放松，且微微弯曲。✅
