The Lions year 2025–2026 has been exciting, meaningful and at times, a real roller coaster. When I was elected as Multiple District 308 Council Chairperson at the 63rd MD 308 Lions Convention in April 2025, I knew the role would come with a huge commitment and high expectations from our Lions and Leos.
Then came something I never imagined. International President Lion A P Singh invited me to serve as one of his International Board of Directors Appointees. Assigned to the Marketing Committee, this second opportunity to serve alongside the International Board allowed me to see more closely how every policy and initiative is carefully deliberated before it reaches our members. I came away with even greater respect for the time, effort and responsibility carried by our International Board members.
Both of these roles had brought me to places I had never visited before, where I formed new friendships and witnessed service projects that made Lions and Leos truly proud. More importantly, I met many remarkable members who shared how they rebuilt their clubs, transformed simple service ideas into real impact and discovered their own growth within the Lions and Leos family. Every conversation carried a lesson.
At the same time, I was also navigating a major career transition, from employment to self-employment, turning what I believe deeply in, learning and development, into something I can share with more people beyond Lions. Managing both journeys was not always easy but each one strengthened the other.
To everyone I met along this journey, thank you for your friendship, encouragement, motivation and inspiration. Whether we spent days working together or shared only a brief conversation, you have each added something meaningful to this chapter of my journey.
I am deeply grateful for an amazing Lions year and for every person, opportunity, challenge and lesson along the way. People often ask me, “𝙎𝙤, 𝙋𝙤𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙧, 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙬𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙙𝙤 𝙣𝙚𝙭𝙩?”
I guess my answer remains the same: Do what you love, love what you do, and continue to .

这篇回顾，我想了很久，也拖了很久才开始写。
2025–2026这一个年度既精彩、又充实，却也像坐过山车一样，充满高低起伏。2025年4月，在第63届国际狮子会308复合区年会上获选为复合区议长时，我深知这是一份沉重的责任，也承载着狮友和青少狮对我的期望。
让我意想不到的是，国际总会长 A. P. Singh 随后邀请我担任他的国际理事会指派国际理事。这是我第二次有机会在国际理事会层面服务，并获安排加入行销委员会。这段经历让我更深入了解，每一项政策和计划在推出之前，都经过理事们谨慎讨论与反复考量，以确保真正符合会员的需要。这也让我更加敬佩国际理事们所付出的时间、心力与担当。
这一年，我有机会走访了许多过去未曾到过的地方，结识了来自各地的新朋友，也亲眼见证了许多令人骄傲的服务项目。更珍贵的是，我遇见了许多优秀的会员，听他们分享如何重建分会、把一个服务构想化为实际行动，以及自己如何在狮子会与青少狮大家庭中不断成长。每一次交流，都让我有所学习。
与此同时，我也经历了人生中的一次重要转变，从打工走向创业，把自己最相信的学习与发展，转化为可以与更多人分享的事业。同时走在这两条路上并不容易，但两段经历也彼此启发，让我更加明确自己想走的方向。
感谢这段旅程中遇见的每一个人，谢谢你们给予我的友谊、鼓励、动力与启发。无论我们曾经并肩合作多日，还是只有一次短暂的交流，你们都为我的这段旅程增添了珍贵而深刻的意义。
感恩精彩的2025–2026狮子年度，也珍惜这段旅程中的每一个人、每一次机会、每一个挑战和每一堂课。
我经常被问：“Potter，接下来你要做什么？”
我的答案大概还是一样：做自己热爱的事，也热爱自己所做的事，然后继续一起变得更好， 。
