💧 那些”我发现” 的珍贵瞬间💙

今天，K2的孩子们玩了一个看似简单的“倒水游戏”。

他们先猜一猜：“老师，这个可以装几杯水？”

有人信心满满地说出答案，有人看着不同形状的杯子，认真地思考了好久。接着，他们亲手倒水、数杯子、观察、比较，再看看自己的猜测是不是正确。💦

当孩子发现，原来水倒进不同形状的容器里，看起来不一样，但实际的分量却没有改变时，那一声“原来是这样！”和脸上的小小惊喜，就是今天最珍贵的学习时刻。🥰

其实，我们想让孩子带走的，从来不只是一个数学概念。

而是让他们慢慢明白：

🌱 我可以先想一想，再试试看。
🌱 猜错了也没关系，我可以重新来过。
🌱 我的问题，可以自己寻找答案。
🌱 我的想法，值得被听见。

孩子的成长，很多时候就藏在这些不起眼的小瞬间里。

从不确定地举起小手，到勇敢说出自己的答案；
从担心自己猜错，到笑着说“我知道了”；
从等待老师告诉答案，到自己动手找出答案。

也许对大人来说，只是几杯水。

但对孩子来说，这是一次“我自己发现了！”的成长。💙

愿我们都能给孩子多一点时间去尝试，多一点空间去探索，也多一点耐心，让他们用自己的脚步，一点一点走向更自信、更勇敢的自己。🌱

💧 Those “I Found Out!” Moments 💙

Today, our K2 learners explored liquid conservation through a simple yet meaningful water activity.

Before pouring, the children made their own predictions: “How many cups can this container fill?” They then poured, counted, observed, and compared to see if their ideas matched the results. 💦

Through this activity, children learned more than just a mathematical concept. They discovered that:

🌱 It is okay to think, try, and explore.
🌱 Mistakes are part of learning.
🌱 Questions can lead to new discoveries.
🌱 Their ideas are worth sharing.

The most exciting moment was when they realised that even though water looks different in containers of different shapes, the amount of water remains the same.

Those little “I found out!” moments are what make learning meaningful — helping children grow into curious, confident, and independent learners. 💙🌱

Our second Parent-Teacher Conference continued to strengthen the meaningful partnership between parents and teachers as we shared each child’s learning journey.

During the classroom observation, parents completed an observation checklist, allowing them to better understand their child’s learning habits, classroom participation, social interactions, and daily routines from a firsthand perspective.

Teachers also shared updates on each child’s progress, celebrated their achievements, and discussed areas for continued growth throughout the year.

A heartfelt thank you to all our parents for your continuous support, trust, and partnership. Together, we work hand in hand to nurture confident, curious, and lifelong learners. 💚✨

Our Parent-Teacher Conference provided a meaningful opportunity for parents to step into the classroom and experience a glimpse of their child's daily learning journey. Watching their children participate in class activities allowed parents to better understand how they learn, interact, and grow in a nurturing environment.
During the conference, teachers also shared each child's progress and development over the past half-year, celebrating their achievements while discussing goals for the months ahead. Through open communication and strong home-school collaboration, we can continue to support every child in reaching their fullest potential.

孩子的成长，从来不是学校或家庭单方面的努力，而是家长与老师携手同行，共同陪伴的美好旅程。

这次的家长教师交流会，不仅是一次学习成果的分享，更是一次让家长走进课堂、贴近孩子学习日常的机会。透过亲身观摩课堂，家长能够看见孩子如何学习、思考、表达与互动，更真实地了解他们在学校里的成长点滴，也感受老师每天用心陪伴孩子学习的过程。

交流会上，老师们细心分享了孩子过去半年的学习表现、成长进步与值得鼓励的地方，同时也与家长共同探讨孩子未来的发展方向。每一次真诚的交流、每一次彼此的理解与配合，都将成为孩子成长路上最坚实的力量。

Every child shines in their own way, and today our little learners took a brave step out of their comfort zone during a fun modelling session. As they walked with confidence and big smiles, they learnt to believe in themselves, express their personalities, and enjoy trying something new.
