We are pleased to welcome Ms. Loo Geok Im, an experienced piano educator and musician with more than 25 years of piano teaching experience, to join the Techtone Music School teaching team.

Ms. Loo graduated from the University of Central Arkansas, USA, with a Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance, graduating Cum Laude with Honours. During her university years, she was also awarded a full keyboard scholarship from the Music Department.

Ms. Loo began her teaching career at Yamaha Music School, teaching Piano and Electone courses. Since 1998, she has continued teaching privately, working with students from beginner to advanced levels in:

▪️Classical Piano
▪️Music Theory
▪️Music Appreciation
▪️Ear Training & Keyboard Harmony
▪️Piano Accompaniment

Besides teaching, Ms. Loo has extensive experience as a solo pianist, accompanist and ensemble musician. She has accompanied vocalists, choirs and instrumentalists, including the Persatuan Pendidikan Akhlak Lip Seang Kor Choir (吉中德声合唱团). Most recently, she accompanied the choir at an international competition in Shenzhen, China, in July 2026.

For added convenience, especially on rainy days, parents are encouraged to park at the Level 3 Multilevel Commercial Car Park at Utropolis, Batu Kawan. From there, it's just a short, more sheltered walk to TECHTONE MUSIC SCHOOL, making drop-off and pick-up easier and more comfortable. 😊
