🌺 Thank you for giving the opportunity to share our practices in assessing aircraft maintenance personnel Aviation English Language Proficiency Assessment (AELPA) in accordance with Civil Aviation Authority Malaysia ( LPR for AML: DCA AG1101 Issue ). 🇲🇾

This conference looked at the language and communication training needs of three distinct and important groups of personnel (ab-initio pilots, air traffic controllers, and
aircraft maintenance personnel), whose language proficiency and ability to communicate play a vital role in aviation safety.
