In 2012, Metro Learning Center was established to provide affordable education with Biblical values.

Today, we are known as Kingsway International Secondary School. We prepare our students for IGCSE examinations while still upholding our original aims. "Kingsway International Secondary School prepares our students for the International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) exams. "

Students begin from Year 7 to Year 9 for their Cambridge Lower Secondary curriculum leading to the Cambridge Upper Secondary curriculum in Year 10 to Year 11.

Finishing IGCSE is just the beginning! But what comes next?

Our Kingsway-ians had the opportunity to hear from 𝗠𝘀. 𝗦𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗵𝗮 𝗚𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗠𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗱𝗶𝘀𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝗞𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗮 𝗟𝘂𝗺𝗽𝘂𝗿 (𝗠𝗖𝗞𝗟), who shared insights into the different pathways available after IGCSE.

Kingsway-ians had the wonderful opportunity to hear from 𝗠𝘀. 𝗞𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗹𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗡𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘀, 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝘂𝘁𝘆 𝗗𝗲𝗮𝗻 & 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗟𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗟𝗮𝘄 & 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝘁 𝗛𝗘𝗟𝗣 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆, who shared her inspiring personal journey – from starting out as a 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝘂𝗽𝗶𝗹 to becoming a 𝗗𝗲𝗽𝘂𝘁𝘆 𝗗𝗲𝗮𝗻 today. 👩‍⚖️🎓

Next up, we welcomed 𝗠𝗿. 𝗟𝗼 𝗪𝗲𝗶 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗻 and 𝗠𝘀. 𝗛𝗲𝗻𝗴 𝗝𝗶𝗮 𝗬𝗶 from 𝗧𝘂𝗻𝗸𝘂 𝗔𝗯𝗱𝘂𝗹 𝗥𝗮𝗵𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 (𝗧𝗔𝗥 𝗨𝗠𝗧), who spent time with our students, sharing valuable insights into 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲 𝗮𝘁 𝗧𝗔𝗥 𝗨𝗠𝗧, 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝘁𝗼. 🌟

They also introduced our students to the 𝗥𝗜𝗔𝗦𝗘𝗖 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗧𝗼𝗼𝗹, helping them gain a better understanding of their interests, strengths and possible future pathways. 🧩💡

And of course, Kingsway-ians also took part in an interactive activity where they had to pick their favourite activity by raising either their left or right hand – a simple game that had everyone engaged! ✋🤚

It was certainly a fun and exciting experience for our 𝗞𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀𝘄𝗮𝘆-𝗶𝗮𝗻𝘀 when 𝗧𝗮𝘆𝗹𝗼𝗿’𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 brought their 𝗖𝗿𝘂𝘇 𝗧𝗿𝘂𝗰𝗸 right onto our school grounds! 🎉
