Can you guess the occupation without hearing its name? 👀😆

For this Vocabulary activity, one child had to ACT OUT the job — while their partner watched carefully and tried to guess the correct occupation! 🎭✨

👨‍🍳 Cooking something?
👩‍🏫 Teaching someone?
👨‍🌾 Working on a farm?

No telling the answer! 🤭 Let the actions give the clues.

This simple game encourages children to go beyond memorising occupation names. To act it out, they first need to understand what that person actually does — and their partner needs to connect the clues with the correct vocabulary. 🧠💡

🩺👩‍⚕️ FROM LEARNING ABOUT DOCTORS… TO BECOMING ONE!

📚 Science | Exploring the World of Doctors
📍 Little Caliphs® Pekan Banting | KG1(4)
🎯 Theme: Occupation

“Doctor, sakit dekat sini…” 🤒
“Okay, let me check!” 🩺😆

This time, KG1(4) explored the world of doctors and medical treatment through Science!

Children learned about different types of doctors, recognised some of the items used in medical treatment, and discovered how these tools help doctors care for their patients. 👩‍⚕️🩹

And then came the exciting part…

ROLEPLAY TIME! 🎭✨

👩‍⚕️ Be the doctor
🤒 Be the patient
🩺 Check & examine
💬 Ask & respond
🔄 Switch roles!

Through roleplay, children get to connect what they have learned with a situation they may experience in real life — while developing vocabulary, communication, observation, confidence and social interaction.

It’s not only “Who is a doctor?”
It becomes “What does a doctor do, what do they use, and how do they help us?” 💡🩺

And perhaps, among these little “doctors” today, there is a future doctor in the making. 🥹🤍

May Allah guide their dreams and grant them success in becoming someone who brings knowledge, care and benefit to others. InshaAllah. 🤲✨

Dalam sesi kali ini, children belajar mengenali dan membaca permulaan surah yang berharakat melalui aktiviti Fishing the Word.

Tetapi kali ini, pengalaman mereka pergi lebih jauh daripada sekadar pembelajaran Little Qari. 💛

Bersempena tema Occupation, aktiviti fishing ini turut memberi peluang kepada children merasai sedikit pengalaman menjadi seorang fisherman — perlu fokus, sabar, mencuba dan berusaha untuk mendapatkan hasil tangkapan. 🎣🌊

Daripada pengalaman kecil ini, mereka belajar bahawa setiap pekerjaan mempunyai usaha, cabaran dan tanggungjawabnya tersendiri.

Dalam Islam, kita diajar untuk menghargai pekerjaan yang baik dan halal serta rezeki yang diperoleh melalui usaha yang diredhai Allah SWT. 🤲✨

Dalam aktiviti The Fishing Craft, anak-anak perlu memotong dan menampal setiap bahagian sambil menyusun sisik ikan satu per satu mengikut kedudukan yang betul. ✂️🐠

Mereka juga perlu memastikan fishing rope diposisikan dengan tepat supaya keseluruhan craft membentuk sebuah fishing scene yang lengkap dan kemas. 🎣🪢

🌿☕✨ WELCOME TO THE PLANT TEA CAFE! 👀🌱

📚 Science Exhibition 2026 | Plant Tea Cafe
📍 Little Caliphs® Pekan Banting | KG2(5)

👀 What happens when Science meets plants, creativity and a little imagination?

For their Science Exhibition, KG2(5) brought their Plant Tea Cafe to life! 🌿☕✨

Before stepping into their roleplay, the children explored different plants through their senses and observations. 🔍🌱

👃 Smell — What does each plant smell like?
👀 Shape & appearance — How do they look?
✋ Texture — How do they feel?
🌿 Characteristics — What makes each plant different?
💚 Benefits — How can these plants benefit our health?

They then roleplayed as tea makers, prepared their own plant tea and added their own creative touches to the tea cups. 🌿☕🎨✨

Through this experience, children developed:

🌿 Knowledge about plants
👀 Observation & sensory awareness
🧠 Critical thinking & comparison
🎨 Creativity & imagination
✋ Fine motor skills
🗣️ Communication & roleplay
✨ Confidence in sharing what they learned
