计划、开发和实施不同年龄群体和技能水平的全面美术课程。

提供建设性的反馈和指导，帮助学生提高他们的技能。
与其他教职员工合作，将艺术融入跨学科项目。
保持与当前艺术趋势和教学方法的同步。

资格：
年龄介于18-30之间
有美术教学或相关艺术领域的经验。
优秀的沟通和人际交往能力。
耐心、热情，对教学艺术充满真正的热爱。
对各种艺术媒介和技巧的熟悉。
能够根据不同的学习风格调整教学方法。
