🏋🏼‍♀️ 有运动：肌肉量与体力维持得不错，日常活动轻松。
😴 少运动：开始感觉体力下降，容易疲劳，代谢逐渐变慢。

50岁
🏋🏼‍♀️ 有运动：力量、平衡感较稳定，走路、爬楼梯依然轻松。
😴 少运动：肌肉流失加快，体脂增加，开始觉得上下楼梯比较吃力。

60岁
🏋🏼‍♀️ 有运动：仍能独立完成大部分日常活动，身体灵活，行动自如。
😴 少运动：肌力明显下降，关节不适增加，活动能力逐渐受限。

70岁

💪 肌肉多久不练会消失？

很多人担心：
「教练，我一个星期没练，肌肉是不是没了？🥹」

其实，不用太担心。

✅ 停训 1–2 个星期，肌肉通常不会明显流失，力量可能会有一点下降，但大部分是神经适应和肌肉糖原、水分减少，并不是真的掉了很多肌肉。

✅ 停训约 2–3 个星期后，才会开始出现比较明显的肌肉流失，速度也会因年龄、饮食、活动量和训练经验而不同。

✨ 好消息是，就算真的掉了一点肌肉，因为有「肌肉记忆（Muscle Memory）」，恢复训练后，通常会比第一次练的时候更快找回来。

所以，如果因为旅行、生病或工作忙碌休息几天，不需要太焦虑。

长期坚持，比完美更重要。❤️
