🌏 Bridging Postpartum Care Across Borders 🇲🇾🤝🇯🇵

We were honoured to welcome Ms. Atsumi, a professional midwife from Japan, to San Lyra for a Professional Exchange & Learning Session.

Together, we explored the beauty of traditional Malay postnatal care, including Bengkung belly binding, postpartum massage, uterus warming therapy, herbal bath preparation, and our holistic approach to maternal recovery.

More importantly, we had the privilege of learning about Japan's postpartum care practices and exchanging ideas to better support mothers from different cultures.

Thank you, Ms. Atsumi, for your kind words and for sharing your experience with us. We look forward to more opportunities for international collaboration as we continue to provide culturally sensitive care for mothers from around the world.
