Please take note of the following updates from the Academic UKM Circular No. 45a/2024, dated December 16th, 2024:

1️⃣ Teaching and Supervision Evaluation (Semester 1, 2024/2025):
Complete the evaluation form for the current semester at https://www.ukm.my/sppp.
🗓️ Access Period: January 6th - 26th, 2025.

2️⃣ Clearance of This Semester's Fees and Outstanding Debts:
Ensure all payments are settled promptly to avoid disruptions.

3️⃣ Early Course/Thesis/Dissertation Registration (Semester 2, 2024/2025):
Register for the next semester's courses at https://smplucee.ukm.my/smpweb.
🗓️ Access Period: January 6th - February 2nd, 2025.

Latest Update! Regarding UKM Visa Renewal Payment Method!

Starting from January 1, 2025, EMGS has issued a new regulation: visa and insurance renewal fees for continuing students will no longer be accepted via bank transfer and must be paid through "Jom PAY". Below are the detailed steps:

Payment Methods:
Through the "TNG APP":

Open the TNG APP, select "Bills", and then click "Jom PAY" to complete the payment.
Through any Malaysian local bank APP:

Open any Malaysian bank mobile app (e.g., RHB, etc.), go to "Bills", find "Jom PAY", and follow the instructions to complete the payment.
⚠️ Important Notes:
On the payment page, you must enter the following three codes:

Biller Code
Ref-1
Ref-2
These codes are at the bottom of the invoice EMGS sent to your email during the visa renewal application process.
Please ensure you use your personal codes, as each person's codes are unique. Do not use someone else's codes to avoid payment being credited to another account.
