EDUCATIONAL TALK: 'GIBBONS-FORGOTTEN APES IN MALAYSIA'

Hello homo sapiens!
Biology Club UKM is proud to announce our upcoming event, an educational talk on GIBBONS!
What are gibbonas though? 🤔
Organized by Biology Club ukm in collboration with GPSM, this programme mainly focuses on raising awareness on gibbon protection among students and Malaysia's natural heritage. Talk will be given by Miss Mariani binti Ramli herself, founder and director of GPSM. She's also the only Malaysian on the IUCM primate specialist btw so don't miss out! Besides, we also invite Prof Badrul Munir, the primatologist from UKM and Mr Vincent Tan, journalist The Star. This event is not all talk, booths will be set up with fun activities for all you gibbons 🙈, so what are you waiting for?! Unleash the gibbon inside you!

Program Hari Membaca Sedunia dan Pelancaran Program Sekolah@UKM

Some volunteer activities are done by students from UKM such as Mangrove clean up, remove mangrove fern and ect in our centre. They also potting 210 mangrove seeds in poly bag.

Tempat berkumpul : Foyer Bangunan Biologi
Masa : 7.00am

📌Things to bring:-
1. A backpack of personal items needs for a recreational activity, i.e. bath towel, socks, hand towels, sunblock, toiletries, etc.
2. Suitable clothes for recreational activities & change of clothes
3. Hat / Cap.
4. Personal medication/First Aid Kit
5. Slippers/Sandals.
