🔥பற்றவைக்கும் கனவை ஊட்டுவோம் 🔥
இந்த வாரம் (வாரம் 16), சிறப்பு கல்வி துறையில் தடம் பதித்துள்ள எங்கள் ஆயர் தாவார் தமிழ்ப்பள்ளி பள்ளியின் முன்னாள் மாணரான தேன்மொழி சுப்பிரமணியம் அவர்களை முன்நிலைப்படுத்துவதில் பெருமை கொள்கிறோம். சாதாரண குடும்பப் பின்னணியிலிருந்து வந்த அவர், ஆரம்ப மற்றும் இடைநிலைக் கல்வியில் சிறந்து விளங்கினார். மலேசிய பொதுசேவைத் துறையின் உபகார சம்பளம் பெற்று அமெரிக்காவில் உயிர் வேதியியலில் இளங்கலைப் பட்டம் பெற்றார். ஆனால், அவர் தன் பட்டப் படிப்புக்கு சம்பந்தமில்லாத சிறப்புக் கல்வி துறையை தனது பணியாக தெரிவு செய்தார். குழந்தைகளுடன் பணிபுரிவதற்கு அவர் கொண்ட வேட்கை, அவர்கள் குதுகலத்தோடு கற்பதை காண்பதில் பெறும் ஆனந்தம் மற்றும் உற்சாகப் பேறுக்கு அந்த துணிச்சலான முடிவுக்கு காரணமாக அமைந்தது. இன்று, அமெரிக்காவின் மேரிலாந்தில் உள்ள ஏபிஏ கல்விநிலையத்தில் மூத்த சிகிச்சையாளராக, தேன்மொழி பணிப்புரிகின்றார். மதியிறுக்கம் (Autism) கொண்ட குழந்தைகள், பிறருடன் தொடர்பு கொள்ளவும், அத்தியாவசிய வாழ்க்கைத் திறன்களை வளர்த்து கொள்ளவும், பள்ளி வாழ்க்கைக்கு தயார் படுத்தவும் அவர் உதவுகிறார். ஒருவர் என்ன தடைகளை எதிர்கொண்டாலும், ஒரு நிறைவான மற்றும் தாக்கத்தை ஏற்படுத்தும் இலட்சியம் பணிக்கு வழிவகுக்கும் முயற்சியை கைவிடாமல் தொடர வேண்டும் என்பதை தேன்மொழி அவர்களின் கதை நமக்கு நினைவூட்டுகிறது.

This week (Week 16), we are proud to feature Thenmoli Subramaniam, an alumna of SJK Tamil Ayer Tawar, who has made a mark in the field of special education. Coming from an ordinary family background, she excelled in primary and secondary education. She received Malaysian Public Service Department scholarship to complete her bachelor's degree in biochemistry from the United States. However, she chose her career path in a field of special education which is unrelated to her degree. Her passion for working with children and the joy and excitement she gets from seeing them learning with fun led to that bold decision. Today, Thenmoli works as a senior therapist at ABA Clinic in Maryland, USA. She helps children with Autism to communicate with others, develop essential life skills, and prepare them for school life. Thenmoli's story reminds us that no matter what obstacles one faces, one must never give up in striving toward a fulfilling and impactful career.
