Persatuan Pascasiswazah UTeM - UPgrade

Last friday 19.05.2023, Centre of Graduate Studies (PPS) and UTeM International Centre (UIC) had collaborate to host an Eid Festival 2023 program located in the pps lobby starting from 10 am until 12 noon.

Various types of food and drinks provided at the event. this program was enlivened by the presence of UTeM Vice Chancellor, Professor Ts. Dr. Massila Binti Kamalrudin and other Deputy Vice Chancellors. In addition to this, the ceremony was attended by UTeM staff, postgraduate students and international students.

UTeM International Centre (UIC) and the collaboration with Centre for Graduate Studies (PPS) will organize an open house event.

This event will be on 19/5/2023 (FRIDAY) starting from 10 am until 12 noon at Pusat Pengajian Siswazah foyer

Hopefully, this event will have a high participation from all our beloved students to celebrate the syawal together.

Since this 3mt competition offers 2 categories, the first place winners of these 2 categories will be eligible to participate in the competition at the national level.

Alhamdulillah, last wednesday on 10/05/2023, Pusat Pengajian Siswazah UTeM with the help from UPgrade comittee had arrange 3 Minutes Thesis for UTeM level.

There are 13 participants have participated in this competition where the participants are postgraduate doctoral students.
There two categories for the 3MT competitions

2. Engineering & Technology.

Orientation & International Student Welcoming Event (ISWE 2023) was held at PPS where this program is a collaboration between UIC UTeM International Centre - UIC and Pusat Pengajian Siswazah UTeM with help from My Buddies and UPgrade.

UIC stands for UTeM International Centre where it manages the international students who continue their studies at UTeM.

This program was to deliver some briefings especially regarding visa, how to implement studying at UTeM and this program also implemented in hybrid. For those students that could not come to the event physically, they can joined this event virtually using Microsoft Teams platform.

Apart from that, this event also does activities such as teaching international students how to make traditional kuih and preparing food for iftar.

Pada 14/03/2023

Aktiviti gotong royong telah diadakan bagi mengemas dan mengecat bilik ruang rehat pelajar yang berada di Pusat Pengajian Siswazah (PPS), UTeM.

Bilik ruang rehat pelajar ini akan dilengkapi dengan beberapa kemudahan yang disediakan bagi membantu dan memberi keselesaan kepada pelajar-pelajar PG sepanjang pengajian mereka di UTeM.

Ruang rehat pelajar ini bebas digunakan oleh pelajar-pelajar pada bila-bila masa sekiranya ada yang ingin menggunakan ruang ini.

Pada 16/02/2023, aktiviti gotong-royong mengemas bilik pelajar pascasiswazah telah diadakan dengan mengasingkan barang-barang yang ditinggalkan oleh pelajar yang terdahulu demi memberikan ruang baru kepada pelajar-pelajar baharu yang ingin menggunakan ruang meja di bilik tersebut. Barang-barang yang tidak digunakan lagi telah dikumpulkan di dalam kotak dan dikemaskan.

Bilik pelajar pascasiswazah ini selalunya digunakan oleh pelajar-pelajar yang inginkan ruang privasi semasa penulisan thesis ataupun semasa penulisan jurnal.

Pusat Pengajian Siswazah UTeM

Assalamualaikum dan selamat sejahtera kepada warga Pasca Siswazah Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka (UTeM)

Kita sudah ketahui bahawa seorang wakil dari Pasca Siswazah kita iaitu Norilani Binti Md Nor Hayati seorang pelajar pascasiswazah PhD daripada Fakulti Kejuruteraan Pembuatan (FKP) telah turut serta bertanding dalam Pemilihan Majlis Perwakilan Pelajar (PMPP) bagi sesi 22/23.

Di sini saya sertakan poster manifesto saudari Norilani dan marilah kita sama-sama menyokong saudari Norilani sebagai Majlis Perwakilan Pelajar (MPP) kita.

Pada hari isnin iaitu 16/1/2023 akan berlangsungnya hari mengundi , jadi marilah kita menunaikan tanggungjawab kita sebagai pelajar UTeM untuk mengundi calon-calon MPP kita
