On 28 July 2026, MAH Learning & Development (MAH L&D) successfully launched the Hotels & Resorts Sustainability Roadmap at Cititel Mid Valley. The roadmap is designed to help hotels progress from a strong national sustainability foundation towards higher-level ESG and GSTC certification, with professional support available along the way.
