Ms Pathma’s class turned Titiwangsa Park into an exciting learning adventure for their topic of weather 🌤️
Students explored open spaces, tracked directions using a compass, and observed how nature shifts around them as they moved through the park. The highlight of the day came when a rainbow began to form by the fountain, what a lucky day! 🌈

Book Week Highlights! ✨
Our students spent the week immersed in stories through different activities. Reading under blankets with flashlights, dressing up and acting out scenes from storybooks for others to guess, and designing their own book covers. 📖

Book Week has officially begun! 📚
We kicked things off with a special visit from the creator of Box Boy, who spent time with our students sharing stories and guiding them through creating and decorating their own mini Box Boy characters, each one full of personality and imagination.
We also marked the reopening of our refreshed library space, ready to welcome more reading, exploring and discovery throughout the week.
A great start to a week filled with stories, creativity and plenty more to come.

Happy Teachers Day! 🍎
Yesterday, our students took the opportunity to celebrate the incredible teachers who shape our school each day with care, patience and heart. From handwritten notes to a student-led award ceremony, the roles were reversed for a little while as students honoured the people who inspire, guide and encourage them every day.
From all of us at TSIS, thank you for the countless ways you support, uplift and believe in our students. Your impact reaches far beyond the classroom, and our community is better because of you. 💛

Our TSIS Science Fair 2026 was a vibrant celebration of curiosity, innovation and environmental awareness. 🌍
With this year’s theme, Sustainability: Caring for Our Planet, students explored meaningful ideas on how we can better care for the world around us. Their projects showcased thoughtful research, creative problem-solving and a growing sense of responsibility towards the environment. 🌳
From interactive displays to hands-on activities, students confidently shared their learning, explained their ideas and engaged visitors in conversations about real-world issues.

Ms Pathma’s class dived into a Sensational Nature Exploration experience, where learning unfolded through play, creativity and hands-on discovery.
Rather than a typical lesson, students moved through a series of interactive stations, each offering a new way to engage with the natural world. They experimented with natural materials to create artwork, explored leaf patterns through rubbings, and investigated different textures using seeds, leaves and pinecones.
From colourful nature art to the excitement of outdoor mud play, students were fully immersed in the experience - observing, questioning and expressing their ideas along the way. Each activity encouraged them to think creatively while building a deeper appreciation for nature. 🌱

At the end of Term 2, our students took part in their Student-Led Conference, welcoming their parents into the classroom and taking the lead in presenting their work, reflections and progress.
More than just a presentation, it is a day intentionally designed for students to express their understanding in their own way. Each interaction was guided by the students themselves, as they walked their parents through what they have been exploring and creating.
They explained ideas, revisited challenges and highlighted moments they were proud of. It was a meaningful opportunity for students to take ownership of their learning and share it from their perspective.

Today we had the pleasure of celebrating Hari Raya as a community! 🌙
The morning began with the rhythmic beat of drums and singing, followed by student presentations and photos sharing the meaning of the season.
It was great to see everyone come together for traditional games, from Baling Selipar and Guli to Batu Seremban, Teng-Teng, and dance. We topped off the festivities by enjoying a delicious selection of traditional Raya food together! 🥘✨
