We are currently looking for dedicated preschool teacher!
Responsibilities:
-Work towards fulfilling the vision & goal of the Centre, set by the principals.
-To equip yourself for the job by attending trainings & meeting on Q-dees programmes & systems such as centralized trainings & meetings organized by the franchisor, in-house trainings & staff meetings.
-To create a warm, vibrant, colourful & inviting environment in own classroom that will attract even the most timid of children which will motivate the child to explore and learn.
-Responsible for the cleanliness & tidiness of own classroom right from day one.
-Fully & wholly responsible for the safety, security & wellbeing of the children at all times under charge.
-To take care & protect intellectual property of Q-dees.
- Becomes an inspirations to students to want to continue learning for life on top of delivering lessons.
-Get to know own student's name, characteristics & habits so that you will know best what they need for growth.
-Being committed & passion to your career.
Requirements:
-Preferably with 1 year of preschool teaching experience. However, fresh graduate/intern with passion in preschool education is strong encouraged to apply.
-Patient and supportive approach to the learning/ teaching process.
-Enthusiastic and encouraging personality.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.
