看到来自不同年龄层、背景和经历的参与者，从最初的陌生与拘谨，到后来建立信任、互相支持、共同完成挑战，我们深深感受到团队合作与学习精神的力量。

活动过程中，每一位参与者都勇于走出舒适圈，挑战自我，突破限制。有人克服了内心的恐惧，有人发现了自己的潜能，也有人在团队中学习到沟通、领导与包容的重要价值。这些成长与改变，正是 Bushman 3.0 最珍贵的成果。

衷心感谢所有参与者、工作人员及支持单位的付出与配合。因为大家的热情投入与共同努力，才让这次活动得以顺利进行，并创造出许多难忘的回忆。

Bushman 3.0 has come to a successful conclusion, but the memories, experiences, and lessons gained throughout this journey remain vivid in our hearts.

It was truly inspiring to see participants from different age groups, backgrounds, and life experiences come together. From being strangers at the beginning to building trust, supporting one another, and overcoming challenges as a team, we witnessed the true power of teamwork and shared learning.

Throughout the programme, every participant showed the courage to step out of their comfort zone, challenge themselves, and push beyond their limits. Some overcame their fears, some discovered strengths and potential they never knew they had, while others learned the importance of communication, leadership, and inclusiveness through teamwork. These moments of growth and transformation are the most valuable achievements of Bushman 3.0.

We would like to extend our heartfelt appreciation to all participants, facilitators, staff members, and supporting partners for their dedication and cooperation. Your enthusiasm, commitment, and collective effort made this programme a success and created many unforgettable memories along the way.
