π AIU Library x TLC Global Circle 2026 π
On 28 April 2026, the AIU Library collaborated with the Language Centre for the TLC Global Circle 2026 programme jointly organised with Times Language Academy (TLA), Thailand.
Approximately 43 participants joined the programme from 10.00 a.m. until 5.30 p.m. Participants attended a library briefing and a simple Information Literacy class covering information searching, information evaluation, and ICT awareness. β¨
The day continued with an exciting Library Info Hunt session that encouraged teamwork, communication, and exploration of library resources in a fun and interactive way! ππ

π Community Impact in Action | AIU x SK Pida Tiga
ALOR SETAR, 27 April 2026 - Albukhary International University (AIU), through its university library, successfully carried out a meaningful community engagement programme under The NEED Project at Sekolah Kebangsaan Pida Tiga, Tunjang Jitra.
From upgrading the school resource centre with bookshelves and donated reading materials to establishing a special AIU Corner, this initiative aims to transform the library into a more dynamic and engaging learning hub πβ¨
As the 18th school under The NEED Project, SK Pida Tiga students also participated in interactive sessions such as:
πΉ Ice-breaking & engagement activities
πΉ Library prefect training
πΉ Book processing & classification
πΉ Information searching skills
πΉ Introduction to ICT in learning
This programme not only enhances literacy and library management skills but also nurtures responsibility and a love for reading among students π‘
