Private school parent networks are small, specific, and extremely active.

The same five families are in the same WhatsApp group, at the same Saturday football, at the same dinner parties. And when one of them has a bad experience, that story gets told.

Repeatedly and in detail to exactly the people you're trying to enroll next September.

Which means every interaction matters more than it appears to in the moment.
