Cuando experimentamos eventos que nos abruman emocionalmente y no somos capaces de procesar lo que está sucediendo, aceptar nuestras emociones y expresarlas a través de nuestro cuerpo y mente, las escondemos en nuestro interior.
�Las emociones no resueltas quedan atrapadas en nuestro cuerpo, donde se acumulan y se estancan, drenando nuestra energía, provocando agotamiento, desequilibrio y, finalmente, enfermedades. Esta energía no procesada se almacena en nuestros órganos, músculos y tejidos. Conduce a inflamación y problemas de salud crónicos.

Cuando reprimimos las emociones de forma crónica, creamos toxicidad en nuestro cuerpo, mente y corazón. Esto lleva a una vida infeliz. Esto lleva a la adicción. Esto conduce a relaciones fallidas.

En la tercera sesión aprenderemos herramientas para liberarnos de nuestros traumas emocionales y crear nuestra practica personal.

Estoy de vuelta! Después de un año sabático enfocada en sesiones privadas, este Jueves iniciamos una serie de talleres de alquimia y liberación emocional. Acompáñanos!

Taller de Liberación Emocional

El propósito de este taller es ayudarte a reconectar con tu cuerpo emocional para liberar emociones estancadas y traumas almacenados en tu cuerpo.

Este taller estará dividido en 3 sesiones de 2 hrs aprox en donde iremos indagando progresivamente en lo profundo de nuestro ser.

Jueves 12 de Junio 6:30 pm
En la primer sesión comenzaremos con un viaje de danza extática a través de las emociones para ponernos en contacto y reconocer cada emoción.

Miércoles 18 de Junio 6:30 pm
En la segunda sesión trabajaremos a nivel psíquico con nuestros traumas emocionales, seguido de una liberación chamánica.

Jueves 26 de Junio 6:30 pm
En la tercera sesión aprenderemos herramientas para liberarnos de nuestros traumas emocionales y crear nuestra practica personal.

We are emotional creatures, we were born with the right to express our emotions freely and openly. Somewhere along the way, however, many of us learned to repress emotions, especially those deemed “negative,” in order to fit in, earn love, and be accepted.

When we experience events that emotionally overwhelm us and we’re unable to process what is happening, accept our emotions, and express them through our body and mind, we hide them deep inside us where others can’t see them. And we end up hiding them from ourselves too. Yet, they’re still there.

The unresolved emotions get trapped in our body where they build and stagnate, draining our energy, leading to burnout, emotional imbalance, and eventually disease. This unprocessed emotional energy is stored in our organs, muscles, and tissues. It leads to inflammation and chronic health problems, and it undermines our overall well-being. When we chronically repress emotions, we create toxicity in our body, mind, and heart.

Our sessions are tailor-made for you and can include but are not limited to, emotional work, inner child work, self-love practices, somatics, etc. You will learn to recognize, accept and integrate your emotions and thus liberate anything that has been stuck leaving you unable to feel more pleasure in life.
