Probablemente la versión que conoces de mí ya está un poco desactualizada.

Quizá la pregunta “¿quién eres?” nunca tuvo una respuesta fija. Hay demasiadas versiones de mí coexistiendo, contradiciéndose, desapareciendo y apareciendo de nuevo como para intentar reducirlas a una sola definición.

Y si tú también estás en ese extraño proceso de mirar hacia adentro, cuestionar lo que creías saber de ti y reconocer lo que aparece después de cada transformación, quédate por aquí.

Los pensamientos positivos no reparan una alma cansada.

Esta es la trampa del positivismo tóxico en comunidades espirituales, que nos presiona a fingir nuestro propio proceso.

Muchas veces entramos a espacios de transformación esperando felicidad e iluminación instantánea. Pero el trabajo interior no viene a ordenar nuestra vida, viene a revelar lo que habíamos dejado escondido debajo de la alfombra.

El optimismo se vuelve tóxico en el momento en que nos prohíbe habitar nuestra experiencia completa. Cuando usamos conceptos espirituales para tapar la incomodidad, la tristeza o la rabia, no estamos evolucionando: nos estamos rechazando en silencio.

La verdadera integración no tiene prisa ni agenda. No se trata de medir tu valor por lo tranquilo o feliz que te ves ante el mundo, sino de tener la valentía de sostener tu verdad, tome el tiempo que tome.

No necesitas forzar un desenlace apresurado en un proceso que todavía se está desplegando. No le debes una sonrisa a nadie. Te debes a ti tu propia verdad.
